Product: HP OfficeJet 8014e All-in-One Printer

printer will not connect to internet & is stuck on Cancelling when there is nothing to cancel. I have turned it off and on, set it back to factory settings, just do not know what else to try

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Office Jet  printer and you want to know the reset steps. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Reset the printer

Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

 

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 

If it doesnt work.
