You may either use the HP Smart app from the Store:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1716406-1413451-16

 

 

Or install the latest Full Feature Software and Drivers:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/en5640/EN5640_Full_WebPack_40.13.1176.exe
