trying to download printer drivers for my HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m. it's been 25 minutes and still not downloading. Is this an unusual amount of time to wait?

I understand you are facing an issue downloading drivers for your HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m. 

 

To assist better I would like to know the below details:

  • What version of iOS is running on your iPhone?
  • From which website are you trying to download the software from?
  • Is this the first time you are trying to connect your iPhone to your printer?
