Hello.
I have the following problem
Solution Center program displays a message "printer interface language does not match the operating system language" what to do?

Thanks for accessing the HP Support Forums for extra support! I see that you are experiencing issues while accessing the HP Solution center. I will do my best to assist you with this issue.

 

Let’s first try to reinstall the software. This normally gets the issues fixed of similar nature. Please follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Unplug the USB cable from the printer and computer if present.
  • Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Photosmart printer entries including the HP Solution center and uninstall them.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now go to http://hp.care/2f5vuT3 and download and install the HP Photosmart full feature software printer drivers.
  • Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
