I hope someone can help me solve this problem  please as I am pretty uneducated with technical products.

I was printing a document and the printer ran out of paper, I refilled the paper and tried to keep going, after several unsuccessful  attempts  I decided to cancel and delete the process, now I can't get anything to print and when I try it all keeps going in the que.  The screen message in the printer  says deleting msg . When I try to delete this message nothing happens.

I would appreciate any help.

@tyabbtoff

Thank you for replying,

I understand you are having trouble printing the emails as it seems to print nothing but the subject line,

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to help you resolve this issue, although, to provide an accurate solution I'll need a few more details:

Is it windows or MacOS?
which application do you use to print?

When was the last time it worked?

Eagerly awaiting your reply,

Regards,
