new printer, still in warranty. Asks in web interface for user ID and password which i never setup. admin admin is not working. 

searching HP in GREECE for support in website says "HP doesn't provide support for this product anymore" how is this possible?

 

i want to reset web interface password, please help

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing web password reset issues with the HP LaserJet MFP Printer.   

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • You can try performing a factory reset from the control panel but if that does not clear the password then you will need to perform an NVRAM reset.
  • Initialize the printer settings. Select Device settings > Reset settings > Reset all in the setup menu and then select Yes, restore to default administrator password.
  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Turn on.
  3. Press question mark (bottom left side) for about 2-3 minutes and then you will see screen say reinit - you are good to go.
