Hi @Jetski33,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Try these quick fixes to get your document printed correctly.

Check if it's a font issue:

  • Try changing the font in your document (e.g., switch from Times New Roman to Arial) and print again.

Print from a different application:

  • Copy your document into Notepad or WordPad and try printing from there.

Print a test page:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
  • Right-click your HP printer > Printer Properties
  • Click Print Test Page
  • See if the letter "P" prints on the test page.

Check for a driver issue:

  • Uninstall and reinstall your HP printer drivers.
  • Download the latest drivers from HP Support.

Use a different connection method:

  • If you’re using WiFi, try USB instead (or vice versa).

Workaround (if urgent):

  • If nothing else works, bold the letter "P" in your document or print it from a different computer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
