HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased a new Lenovo Ideapad 1i.  I chose not to install "Windows 11 S" because it does not support Quicken software. I have been able to successfully use my HP ENVY 5530 printer through "HP Smart" to scan documents, but it will not print. Instead I get "printer not activated error code -30". I have tried reloading the drivers several times (the printer is only found on my network by entering its IP address), but the error condition persists. Thanks for your help.
