I have recently replaced ink into my printer ( correct HP ink) and the printer isn;t functioning -
It says 'unable to print' rendering failed. Print job unable to print.
please check if the printer driver is up to date and configured correctly "
it is a new printer and recently installed so what does this mean ? Please would someone help to resolve this issue.
The printer did print and copy the alignment page and also a Network configuration Report test page which i tried as a test to make sure ink cartridges are fine, Just doesn't connect to my lap top it seems when I want to print docs.
