HP Recommended

hp psc 750xi.  Printer only prints part of a page and alignment failed, however the pages were still printing in full but now they are not and it says scanner failure turn off and on and ive done that several times and turned off printer then unplugged  printer for 30 seconds. Ive had no luck.  Ive also cleaned the cartridges too.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
