HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer

I am working with EMMA GREEN at support and she is unable to do the fix because the printer was under (Edited).  I no longer have access to that account.  The printer is listed with my laptop because I cannot access that email any longer I need someone in accounting or wherever to fix this problem before she can move on to fix the scanning problem.  the serial number of the printer 

 

Can someone call me back who can fix this problem.  It was showing in the account but somehow the old email address was recorded with it.  I help with this so i can get the other problem resolved

I understand how frustrating this situation can be. To resolve this, you'll need to update the email address associated with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e printer. Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your laptop. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the HP website.
  2. Sign in to your HP account. If you can't access your old email, you might need to create a new HP account with your current email address.
  3. Add your printer to the new account. The HP Smart app should detect your printer if it's connected to the same network as your laptop.
  4. Update the printer's email address:
    • Go to the printer settings in the HP Smart app.
    • Look for the option to update or change the email address associated with the printer.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
