Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to print.  Says driver unavailable.  Have tried to download drivers that HP says to use and nothing happens.  I have used the trouble shooter and everyhting goes to a point and stops.
