HP Recommended

I've followed the various articles on changing the printer language back to English from foreign language. None of those articles have been helpful.  Despite 30+ years in IT, this is actually the first time I have experienced this.  I am working on a senior citizen's printer/computer set-up. Need assistance ASAP please.  Thank you
