trying to install printer and won't connect - message comes up that printer might not support the internet speed.

- Exact model of your printer / Desktop/ notebook (if you need help, click here for information on how to find your model number model).
- Operating system (including revisions made with service packs, 32-bit or 64-bit, etc.)
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages - on the printer display and/or computer, any patterns for flashing lights.
- Any system changes before the problem starts (Example: Operating System Update, Software installation);

Can you please help me? I just got a new HP Envy ]with Windows 11. It is not compatible with my beloved HP Photosmart C6380 printer. HP does not offer a driver for that printer on Windows 11, it seems. I had no idea that HP would not support its products. Unless HP can provide software for these products to work together, seems reasonable that a replacement printer be provided that will work with my new purchase. (Dream on, I know.) So ...  what can be done? Will HP be releasing more Windows 11 drivers for older printers? What can I do? I have spent hours searching online and on the phone with useless tech support that tosses me from laptop to printer people and then tries to sell me a service package!
