Product: HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Yesterday I printed 9 docs without a problem, today i notice the black cartridge was empty,I replaced the colour and black cartidge ,but the black level is empty, also when I print just using the colour all I get is a crossword grid with no questions .I tried deleting the printer but its still the same can you assist me in the reinstallation of the printer ?
