Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello, my serviser told me he can't connect my printer HP laserjet pro mfp m125a, with my new (used) Lenovo laptop because laptop has new Windows and it doesn't support my printer because it's too old.
Is he just not capable, should I ask someone more professional?
I bought the printer in 2015.brand new, he still works on my old Acer laptop, on Windows 10, totally normal.
Thank you
