Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer

 hooked up my printer and it worked printed 2 pages just fine. left for about 2 hours and came back to finish installing with the hp smart app. got to the point where it ask me to make a hp account so i did when i typed in my password  i got this message

We’re experiencing connectivity issues related to account access. This could happen if you are connected to a VPN. Exit setup and try again later to resolve this issue.

If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.

(Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001)
 
Now  no matter what i try i cant get my printer to work. i have tried to reset my printer and it just keeps going back to the same poinr. Information button flashing and the amber light is on .. printer is connected but it won't show as online.
I have had this printer for 2 weeks and still cant get it to work. Need help
