Hi @Don828

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To set up your HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer on your new Windows 11 computer, follow these steps:

1. Download the HP Smart App

  • Visit the HP Support page and download the HP Smart app for Windows 11.
  • Install the app and sign in or create an HP account if prompted.

2. Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button to access the Wi-Fi setup menu.
  • Use the Wireless Setup Wizard to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

3. Add the Printer to Your Computer

  • Open the HP Smart app and click on "Add Printer."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to detect and connect your printer.

4. Install Drivers

  • If the HP Smart app doesn't automatically install the necessary drivers, you can download them from the HP Drivers page.

5. Print a Test Page

  • Once the setup is complete, print a test page to ensure everything is working correctly.

Let me know if you need further assistance! 😊
