Product: HP Deskjet 3050A e-All-in-One Printer - J611g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing from email accounts (Comcast or **bleep**) documents are now printing less than 1/4 normal size. Documents used to print normal size, ie full page=full page. Documents printed from Word or Excel print without any changes.

Printer has been uninstalled & reinstalled.

Xfinity customer support says this is a printer manufacturer problem.

i need to be able to restore my printer to normal settings.

Suggestions?

Does this mail print from a browser window? If yes you might need to adjust the settings of your browser.
