Bonjour, 

je rencontre des problèmes d'impression en wifi avec mon imprimante HP color laserjet MFP M281 fdw depuis plusieurs semaines.

Mon imprimant et mon PC sont bien connectés au même réseau sans fil.

 

Via l'application HP smart je peux scanner en wifi mais impossible d'imprimer que se soit en wifi ou via le câble USB.

 

J'ai testé plusieurs choses, j'ai débranché et redémarré ma box et mon imprimante, j'ai réinstallé mon imprimante sur mon PC.

 

Apparemment j'ai un problème avec les pilotes de mon imprimante, j'ai comme message pilote indisponible!

 

Que dois-je faire?

Hello,

 

I have been having wifi printing problems with my HP color laserjet MFP M281 fdw printer for several weeks.

 

My printer and my PC are well connected to the same wireless network.

 

 

 

Via the HP smart application I can scan in wifi but cannot print either in wifi or via the USB cable.

 

I can print with my cell phone.

 

 

I tested several things, I unplugged and restarted my box and my printer, I reinstalled my printer on my PC.

 

 

 

Apparently I have a problem with the drivers for my printer, I have the message driver unavailable!

 

 

 

What should I do?
