bonjour, mon soucis c'est dès que je fais une capture d écran ,je ne peux imprimer en pleine page

malgré plusieurs réglages.  j ai un nouveau PC Windows 10 est ce que je dois faire une autre manipulation

car avant sous vista je n avais aucun problème merci d avance a vous tous.
