I have error for HP Officejet pro 8620. C: program files\hp\hp Officejet pro8620\hpstatus.dll. how do I get rid of this?

comes up when i re start computer.

Try the following...

-------------------- --------------------

 

Error message "HP Status BL.dll” – module not found

Printer has been uninstalled / removed – error message persists

 

 Open File Explorer (formally Windows Explorer)

 

Type (copy and paste) into the address bar and press Enter:

%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

 

 Delete (drag the file to Trash bin) the shortcut for monitor ink alerts
