Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using my printer for several years now and everything has been OK. Recently Microsoft download and installed their latest upgrade for Windows 10.  After the up grade, among other problems, I was no longer able to print anything from my computer.  Have installed the latest drivers for my printer and my computer see the printer on my wireless system. Have used the HP Scan Print Doctor but still can not print anything. After 3 days of trouble shooting this issue I have determined the following. My printer is set up properly and is communicating with my computer. The printer checks out OK and prints it's own status page so I know the printer is not broken in any way. I have even stopped and re-started the print spooler but the issue persists.  There seems to be something blocking my applications like WORD seeing and using the spooler to send documents to the printer. Device troubleshooter say's it can not find any problems. Does anybody know how to fix this issue of no print output from the latest update from Microsoft for Windows 10 ????

Tried "CMD sfc/scannow" and it reported no problems found with installed files. What can I do next????

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow steps from the link: Click here

Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers

  • Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Officejet printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
  • Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
  • Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
  • Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

To reinstall, click here.

  • If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall printer Basic drivers from the link: Click here
  • If the issue still continues, install using the Windows Built-in Print DriverClick here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
