Product: PageWide Pro 477dw MFP
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello

 

I am trying to set up Scan To Network Folder for one of our PageWide Pro 477dw MFP printers but I am getting a "Invalid input" on Prefix and Suffix when picking a date and time value from the dropdown (see image below). It used to work fine, and I have a second 477dw with an older firmware that I can set up fine so I assume there has been an upgrade that breaks it.

I have tried different browsers but they all do the same.

 

Machine that does not work firmware: MAVEDWPP1N001.2012A.00 (2020-03-19)

 

Any help is appreciated - thanks.

I have the same problem, with th same printer.

I think it's a firmware bug because with the previous FW version everything worked well

 

HP when the next FW will be released with a fix to this issue?
