Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I'm stuck on the "Loading HP Account..." Screen. I've done the hard reset on the printer. I've made sure the printer is fully updated and the andriod app is up to date yet when I go to sign in to the app so I can scan a file it just get stuck.

 

I never had this issue before so I don't know why it's happening now. 

 

Any other suggestions on how to resolve this!?
