I was given this printer from a family member.

I'm trying to set it up via the HP app, but ended up on a "Problem adding printer" page that asks me to enter a claim code.  I entered the original claim code and got a "Printer code not recognized. Try again" error, so I followed the instructions at HP Printers - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer?  under "The claim code is not working and an error message appears".  A new claim code was produced, but when I entered it into the HP app, the same error message appeared.  I tried again with another new claim code and the same error message appeared again.

I've also tried to follow the instructions from Kumar0307 on the "Printer Code not recognizeD" thread, but that didn't help.

For anyone reading this, I was able to just click Cancel and continue on with the process, and it seems to have figured itself out.
