Hi!
Need to get or remove email address from SCAN option, but not working\getting no emails?
Please advice\help?
Going to; SCAN
then; EMail
selecting; my email address
Prompt for PIN; I don't have, so
selecting; Forgot PIN?
states; check your inbox for existing PIN (done, but no email)
then, clicking on; New PIN
states; check your inbox for existing PIN (done, but no email)  😞
Tried hard\factory reset to remove old email addresses & selecting option to remove, no joy, still there!
Also tried;
-added the same new address, but again states check your email, but no email(s)!
-Change PIN
-Remove, but asks for PIN
-Delete Account, but asks for PIN
SideNote; need the current (same) email address that works for everything else, I can't change or get a new email address!

Hi,

From the Web Services menu select Remove Web Services for the printer, this will remove any HP account connection,.

 

Now open the Scan to Email app and web services will be re-enabled with the option to select your existing email address in the process.

Hi Shlomil,
Thanks for your update, but this does NOT fix my issue.
My email is working fine, but not getting the emails from HP!
Clicked on SCAN, EMAIL, selecting my eMail, but asks for a PIN,
don't have and when I request a new PIN, no email from HP!
So, (a) how to I get the email from HP?
(b) delete all passed email addresses?
(c) how do I remove the CMOS battery to wipe\clear all past settings?
