If you have canceled your instant ink program and want to use HP genuine regular cartridges, here's what you need to know & do:
If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.
That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
when done successfully, check if it works fine.

I still can not reenroll my printer. I am having so much trouble. I'm just not tech savy. Anytime I try to get help they want money. I definetly feel like I am being extorted by HP . Ive spent 2 days numerous hours and bought new cartridges. HELP PLEASE
