Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4645 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer HP Deskjet 4645 was bought from Dubai and it is using 650 cartridge and now I am in Philippines and the local cartridge available is 678 but it says that it is not compatible. Based on my research I need a region reset in order for me to use the new cartridge. I need someone who can help me to reset the region Please I need it to print my school papers.
