I did exactly as you told me.
Now the screen with the info:
" restoring factory defaults ... The printer will turn off and then turn on automatically. "
is frozen since more than 10 minutes.
What would you recommend me to do next??
Thank you for your help

@Do17, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.
I understand that your HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Printer does not make any copies, and as soon as you press on "black or "color" it give two beeping sounds and then the screen freezes.
Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup.
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults.
A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
5. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. Touch Restore.
Let me know how that works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.

@Do17, thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the issue has not resolved after following the steps from the previous post.
This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need to be replaced.
