I have an iMac with macOS Sierra 10.13.6 and need to upgrade the OS because I'll be losing security updates. There could be a possibility that my HP Officejet 7310 might not work. So looking for an equivalent replacement for it. Or if there are drivers out there I could use to keep on printing from the 7310 would be great.  Was thinking about getting a new iMac with M1 but not sure if the 7310 will printing at all with Ventura.

This printer is not compatible with your current OS, as you mentioned. To get more details regarding replacing the printer, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. 

 

I would request you to contact HP Phone support for further assistance.
