I am dealing with the same issue. Spent a lot of time with HP support (from the web site and local lab. Restarted several times in several ways. Soft one and hard one. Also installed 20220414 firmware again. Nothing helped. Our local lab said they don't have this printer card in their possession as it seems the firmware ruined the card.
Very very frustrated

Hello everyone, I'm having the same issue now. It started earlier this week and I've even had our helpdesk try to help. They couldn't figure it out and suggested I contact HP directly. Has anyone had success contacting HP?

Hi @Kitty3vie,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Elohi_NR,
I can't access your message.
When pushing the Link I am getting "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."
I can't find "the private message icon"....
