Hi @Imathews,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To factory reset your HP Tango printer, you can follow these steps.

  1. Turn on your printer.
  2. Make sure the printer is idle and not printing any documents.
  3. Open the HP Smart app on your smartphone or tablet.
  4. Tap on the printer you want to reset to select it.
  5. Tap on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) to access the printer settings.
  6. Scroll down and find the option labeled "Printer Information."
  7. Tap on "Printer Information" to expand the menu.
  8. Look for the "Reset Printer" option.
  9. Tap on "Reset Printer" and confirm your choice when prompted.
  10. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the factory reset process.

After the factory reset is complete, your HP Tango printer will revert to its original settings, and you'll need to set it up again, including connecting it to a new login if necessary.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
