worked with tech support Saturday to get new printer set up that i just purchased from HP.com store - we tried for an hour and could not resolve problem.  Support said this new printer needs to be returned - they transferred me to the return center - only to get a message saying they are closed and  told to call back later during regular business hours.  (what number?? I was transferred.  Sent online request for return giving all details and case number  - I got an email reply today saying talk to tech support to resolve issue!   I called tech support again  - held for 12 minutes to speak to someone - finally was transferred to a number ... who said they couldn't hear me and hung up   AHHHH!     Please help me get to the return center.
