I'm having issue with my printer in my PC. I have no issues printing from my iPhone. So I'm trying to update the firmware in my HP DeskJet 2632 printer. I downloaded the .exe firmware update, but when I run it, it opens a window saying "select the printer you wish to update", and has my printer listed below with an empty checkbox next to it. When I click on the checkbox to 'select' the printer, nothing happens - the checkbox remains unchecked, and the update button below remains greyed out, so it can't be checked, and so there's no way to proceed. The only thing I can do at that point is exit or close the window, which means no update occurs. A USB cable won't do the work. I uninstalled the firm multiple times and I used HP dr. but still the same issue. Please help

Here are the steps to update the printer firmware:- Click here
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
