Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I'm trying to download the driver for this used printer I got from my neighbor moving out. When it gets to the part after it downloads the drivers and it's trying to download the hp easyscan software, it encounters an error and stops. Can someone troubleshoot this issue?
