I have set up and have both my computer and printer set to the wifi but I am unable to get anything to print. I have gone and done oall sorts of on line following the instructions but all it does it take me in circles and I still can not print. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. Tried to download any software needed but nothing is working. This is so frustrating as it should be easy but it just takes me in circles and nowhere to complete it. I need help.

Meanwhile you may try these steps:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your printer, computer, and router to resolve potential connection issues.
- Check that the printer is set as the default in your computer's printer settings.
- Use the printer's display panel to access the Wireless Setup Wizard and reconnect to Wi-Fi.
- Uninstall and reinstall the printer software, ensuring you download the latest drivers from HP’s website.
- Check for and install any available printer firmware updates.
- Test printing via USB cable to see if the issue is specific to wireless connectivity.
- Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to diagnose and fix issues.
- If using a dual-band router, connect the printer to the 2.4GHz band instead of 5GHz.
I hope these steps help resolve the issue
