Unable to connect to web services.
How are customers suppose to be able to set up their printer if they are unable to connect to Web Services either wireless via a mobile or manually online via the computer. I am a college student and need to be able to print, with out connecting directly to the printer. This is now time consuming. My warrantee runs out in November 2021, I am not happy that I can not connect to the service and that the ink that came with the printer ran out trying to set it up, then having to shop around for ink as it was out of stock every where until 4 January 2021, therefore I was over a month without ink, the black ink is hard to obtain. I would like some feed back, I have read other community members issues and I find it bad that customers are purchasing products and unable to complete actions and use the products because of being unable to connect to web service, its unavailable, temporary unavailable or you have to try again later. surely, as this is a known and ongoing problem this would have had a fix by now. Will you reimburse anyone that has had to purchase ink via some other means than instant ink? i doubt it.
Hopefully, a fix will be sorted for Web Services and there will be no more complaints, I am wondering if anyone know the complaints procedures, to send a complaint about web services. This doesn't give me the confidence to purchase any other HP or other products that use this Web Service

Hi @NitaG14,
I'd like to help!
Guest or public networks (such as networks found in apartments, coffee shops, schools, or hotels) have additional security features that can prevent network connectivity.
To print, directly connect your computer or mobile device to your printer with Wi-Fi Direct.
For more information, go to Wi-Fi Direct Printer Setup.
I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region to purchase ink cartridges.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
