Sir!

My HP Pro 8620 stops working so I bought an HP Pro 9010e and I do the same settings on the new one as on the old one. But I can't get scan to network folder to work from my new printer. I have a Netgear ReadyNas Ultra 2 where I have the folder. I have no problem using it from my win11 computer. And there is no problem using it from my old 8620 printer. The folder name is "\\NETGEAR-NAS\backup\Scan" I copied the path from the 8620 printer From the new printer I got the message "Unable to connect to the network" when I try to scan. But I can use the printer via cable Lan from my desktop computer as a printer. I can scan to my own computer if I set my computer as a network folder.

Is there a TLS problem? The NAS doesn't have TLS 1.2 But it's no problem to use it as a NAS. I've tried using IP but that doesn't work either.

Best regards

Christer W
