Hey there, I went to set up my printer and put in the wrong Wi-Fi, and it is now stuck on "the HP software is setting up your driver on my screen". How can I reset my setup or perform a factory reset?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

What's the printer model?

 

Try to power down the printer and power up again and then use the HP App to setup and connect the printer to the network.
