To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
Are you using a Mac or a Win PC?
No two devices connected to the same wireless network will have the same IP address. It should be different.
For now, restart the router, the printer, and the computer

I restarted printer and lap top but printer will not print. I have a MacBook Air and the printer is HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M125nw. Configuration shows Network Name (SSID) as Plusnet-WGSW but I want the printer to use my Nest wifi with IP 192.168.86.63. In the "General" tab in the printer the location states 192.168.86.63 but will not print. Can you help?
