Product: HP Tango

Purchased smart friend 1/26/2023. Talked 3+ hours and never received anything to try. switched me from one telephone number to another. 8 different people. They were nice - I was nice but never one "try this" help. What do I do before contacting my charge card to report this? Thanks for your help in advance.
