Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Good day. Bought a HP MFP 137fnw printer. No cd in box. Tried to download for Windows XP, but not listed. Any suggestions or do i need to upgrade pc?

@Chris304, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The software CDs are not being shipped with any of the printers anymore as the drivers are made available online on the HP Support site for free.

However, there is no printer driver available for this model printer to work on a Win XP OS. Click here to check the same.

You will have to upgrade the OS to Win 7 or advanced.

 

Alternatively, try installing the printer using Windows built-in driver on your XP and check if that helps
