software for iMac Tahoe 26.3

When I print a document, it is coming out as black and white but I believe I am setup to print all in color. Is there a more robust software?

You may need to reinstall software driver for printer.

I only see Windows software when searching for the correct printer software for my iMac PC (purchased Nov. 2025), so I assume I am running a generic software package that does not provide the same choices that I had when running my old Windows 10 machine. Also, even though I have selected to print in color, I am not getting color print outs! What can I do?

Ok, if you have a Mac computer, then install the next driver for your printer:

• Officejet 9025 - Mac software driver for printer installation

I thank you for your help. I did as you suggested... removed the app and then reinstalled it. I can now print out a color picture. WHEN I OPEN THE SMART APP, I get a selection of links for various functions... print, scan, etc, and when I click on scan, my printer does scan the glass and produces a picture of the page there, but there is no way to save it anywhere.! And if I go to the printer's screen and select scan/to a computer, there are instructions for a windows PC, but the bottom of the screen is a note: THIS FEATURE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MACOS. Very disheartening since I purchased a"premium" printer!

Now, about the scanning in your Officejet...

1.  Please check that in HP Smart upper side on the right there is a Save option.
