Thanks for all your help.
Update: Since last week and a long phone call from support I was given an address that downloaded the correct files in under 30 seconds. So all done. No PIN required. Thanks for all your help again.

Well a few days have passed and to update you.
I had a call from support this afternoon. We spend some time sorting the problem. In the end he gave me an address that just contained the software for the printer without bells and whistles. This loaded and ran within 30 seconds. Magic. Correct icons all displaying. 100% now.
