Operating System: Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra

Hi

I have just updated my MACs to the 10.12 Sierra operating system. I cannot get "scan to computer" by wifi to work. When trying to download the driver, there is no driver for this operating system.

When do you expect to have your driver updated for this system?

Is there any other way I can get the "scan to computer" function to work using your latest update, Maverick 10.11?

Hello there! Welcome to the HP Community @piaback 🙂

 

 

I came across your post about trying to scan to your Mac running 10.12, and wanted to reach out. I have also checked the drivers and do not see a date or information as to if or when there will be drivers available for this model on 10.12. The scan to computer function will require the HP Software be installed in order for it to work. As it's not available right now, you will need to use a scanning work around, such as use Image Capture to scan.

 

I would say to check the hp.com website periodically to see if drivers become available.
