Product: HP Envy Photo 7800 series PCL-3

So I need to scan to my computer, it want me to install the software from 123hp.com.... not working, the site is a blank page. So I try  searching and get the page to work that way.  I get to the install page and click to install the HJP smart software and get something odd.It want me to install a app to my desktop. WHERE CAN I GET THE SOFTWARE? HP smart.PNGHP help page.PNG

>> Full_Webpack-44.11.2778-EN7800_Full_Webpack.exe
