Product: Envoy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Suddenly my HP Envoy 5530 software is overtaken by my computer Microsoft software so I can no longer scan multiple pages.

It started when I kept getting repeated requests to send HP my info and whether I said no or yes it kept going in a loop.  So now somehow I have my computer Microsoft software controlling the HP printer and with this limitation.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Firstly, let's update the printer's firmware, refer - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
 

If the issue persists, follow the next steps.
Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow steps from the link: Click here
