Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
I'm trying to reset my printer because I have a different wireless provider but I am unable to preform a factory reset because it says this feature is locked by the person who set up the printer. Please advise. Can I do it from my laptop & if so how? thanks!

I solved it!!! I searched & did a partial reset using the return "button" on the printer & hitting it 4 or 5 times (even when it was not lit up) until I got HP support & scrolled down to find partial reset. Amazing!!
