Bought Thursday, September 19, none thing but problems, Today I wanted to copy but then, states on paper, but there was paper, so I added more paper, then states: no paper in draw #2, but there is no draw #2,.. Wanted to Scan but had to setup up in PDF to scan. Today paper jamb when trying to scan from Copier to computer. Computer and printer do not communicate with each other. I have to keep going back to computer setting to click the correct printer. I am returning it to the store.
I require a working copier for my job.

- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was connected to the network or working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
